Se determina la utilizacion de los productos de dicha hidrolisis por el tejido y los efectos de determinados factores sobre la misma: suero  ayuno  etc. Se justifica este estudio como un metodo para determinar la actividad lipoproteina-lipasa del tejido la cual es utilizada para analizar los cambios metabolicos que aparecen durante la gestacion en la rata. Los datos obtenidos  in vitro  se comparan con las variaciones metabolicas de las ratas pre\u00f1adas  en base a estudios  in vivo .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
