En la formacion de este complejo se estudian la influencia del ph  temperatura  exceso de ion cobaltoso  tiempo y estequiometria. Se ha comprobado la reproducibilidad del metodo  su fiabilidad y los sabores en los que cumple la ley de cambert-beer.
