Se ha investigado la influencia sobre la interaccion de los factores ambientales (tiempo  temperatura  fuerza ionica) composicion en bases y estructura secundaria del dna fracciones de histonas y su modificacion covalente por acetilacion. Estudio de la influencia fisiologica de la hiperacetilacion de histonas en cromatina  lograda con butirato sodico en cultivos de celulas hela  sobre la capacidad de transcripcion en sus nucleos aislados utilizando las capacidades enzimaticas endogenas. No se han detectado diferencias cuantitativas significativas en las actividades de iniciacion y elongacion de la transcripcion  entre nucleos hiperacetilados y
