Se valora el sistema de produccion midiendo los espesores de las laminas producidas por un analizador de perfiles  asi como las propiedades estructurales (cristalografia) y opticas.  se analizan las propiedades de conduccion electrica con excitacion tanto en continua como en alterna proponiendose modelos de comportamiento que explican satisfactoriamente los resultados para ambos casos.  estos modelos se basan en la naturaleza policristalina de la lamina  asi como en un proceso de difusion del electrodo inferior en el material cdte durante la pulverizacion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
