Hartmam en el idealismo aleman y por otros autores como gadamer  j.  gunther y riudlay de la falta de un conocimiento adecuado de que pueda consistir el metodo dialectico hegeliano. La dialectica seria algo usado por hegel  pero sin que se sepa que es desde el punto de vista proceologico. Hacemos en primer lugar un analisis critico de la propia conciencia hegeliana del metodo concluyendo que en ninguno de sus aspectos se preocupa por decir cuales son los procedimientos useticos. En ultima instancia hacemos una analisis de dialectica concreta dentro de la ciencia de la logica  que nos proporciona dos tipos generales de dialectica  la dialectica descriptivo-natural en la que los contenidos logicos se transpasan entre si de una forma inmediata  y en la que solo hace falta una actitud descriptiva para mostrar el traspaso  y la dialectica construtivo-estructural en la que los dos contenidos aparecen separados de una manera inmediata  siendo necesaria la construccion de un modelo logico  que siendo poseido por los dos  posibilita su union y su traspaso.
