La alcohol deshidrogenasa soluble disminuyo a un 76% por efecto de la dieta grasa y hasta un 59% por efecto de la dieta grasa y etanol. La aldehido deshidrogenasa soluble disminuyo marcadamente hasta un 72% por efecto de la dieta grasa y no mostro cambios aparentes por efecto del etanol. La administracion intraperitoneal de una mezcla de uridin difosfo glucosa  s-adenosil metionina  citidin difosfato de colina y coenzima a (30 mg; 3mg; 7 5 mg y 0 5 mg) produjo una movilizacion de la grasa acumulada y una recuperacion de los niveles alterados de la alcohol deshidrogenasa tanto en el caso de dieta grasa como en el de grasa y etanol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
