Trinidad <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la actividad polarografica de la cocarboxilasa y del monofosfato de tiamina  cuyos polarogramas en tampon britton-robinson a =0 5m  muestran dos ondas de difusion (a y b) y una onda catalitica (c).  se han obtenido los distintos valores de los pk y pk  (pk polarograficos) de estas sustancias y el n de electrones transferidos en el e. G. M.  Comprobandose que el grupo responsable de la onda a es el doble enlace c=n(3-4) del anillo pirimidinico  y el responsable de la onda b  es el doble enlace c=n del anillo tiazolico de las moleculas.  se propone un mecanismo de reduccion para estas sustancias en el e. G. M. En funcion del ph.
