Se ha puesto a punto un nuevo metodo de sintesis de los derivados diaminicos simetricos de los -difenilalcanos por reaccion de los compuestos haloalquilmercuricos con las aminas aromaticas. Cuando estos organomercuricos reaccionaron con aminas alifaticas se obtuvieron 1 3 5-hexahidrotriazinas n-sustituidas y gem-diaminas segun las aminas fueran primarias o secundarias respectivamente. Se ha propuesto unos mecanismos ionicos que explican todas estas reacciones.  por interaccion entre compuestos haloalquilmercuricos aromaticos generados in situ con nucleofilos se prepararon distintos
