Se caracterizan las estructuras de las distintas mesofases que aparecen al diluir el producto base mediante el estudio de la textura microscopica que presentan a la luz polarizadas. Se llegan a las siguientes conclusiones para el intervalo de temperatura que va desde 10 a 40 grados centigrados. Productos de 70 0% y 67 5% se caracterizan como una mesofase laminar (comportamiento no neutoniano).- Productos de 65 0% y 62 5%  caracterizados como fase hexagonal (comport. No neutoniano) productos de 60% y 35%  poseen estructura de gel  (conport. No newtoniano).- Productos desde 57 5% hasta 37 5% poseen estructura de  coagel   comp. No newtoniano. Productos de 32 5% suspension de floculos en agua.- Concentraciones de tempo.
