Se desarrolla un metodo ya existente (el metodo gre \u00abgeneralized ray expansion\u00bb), planteando un algoritmo que permite la aplicacion del mismo a cavidades arbitrarias (anteriormente solo era aplicable a cavidades de apertura rectangular).  ademas se plantea un metodo nuevo, el ipo (\u00abiterative physical optics\u00bb), que mejora notablemente los resultados obtenidos con los metodos
