Y col. (Helv. Chim. Acta  36 49  1953; ibid  38  1121  1955) al campo de los azucares. Asi  por reaccion de esteres 3-amino (o alquilamino) crotonicos con una nitroolefina derivada de azucar (d-glucosa) pentaacetoxi-d-gluco-1-nitro-1-hepteno se han obtenido  a temperatura ambiente aductos de estructura (z)-5  6  7  8  9-pentaacetoxi-2-amino (o alquilamino) 3-alcoxicarbonil-4-nitrometil-d-glicero-d-ido (y d-gulo)-2-noneno  y a temperatura de reflujo del disolvente utilizado (metanol  etanol 96%). Los correspondientes esteres 4-(d-gluco-pentaacetoxipentil)-1-alquil-2-metil-3-pirrol carboxilicos  productos cuya estructura ha sido asignada de acuerdo a datos microanaliticos  valorativos  fisicos (espectroscopia u.V.  I.R. Y de r.M.N.)
