Josefa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El presente trabajo se centra en la posibilidad de identificar a traves de la actuacion del profesor en el aula  las variables significativas que configuran su perfil funcional. El contenido teorico  en conexion con el experimental  estudia al profesor  a traves de algunas alternativas pedagogicas  en el acto didactico y en la autoevaluacion personal y heteroevaluacion de los alumnos. En el estudio experimental se ha utilizado la tecnica de cuestionario. En el tratamiento estadistico de forma comparativa  se evalua el proceso de ensenanza-aprendizaje  y mediante un analisis factorial la actuacion del profesor durante el acto didactico. En este estudio factorial la muestra ha sido de 1.133 alumnos.
