La separacion de los corticales se realizo mediante el tratamiento in vitro de timocitos con fitohemaglutinina. Mientras que el aislamiento de los medulares se llevo a cabo mediante tratamiento in vivo con hidrocortisona. La mayor parte de las diferencias encontradas corresponden a parametros relativos al nucleo y concretamente al patron cromatinico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
