Se desarrolla un nuevo procedimiento para obtener expresiones en diferencias validas para los puntos frontera  tanto regulares como singulares  mediante un paso al limite sobre una funcion explicita y continua en el valor de la permitividad. Se han obtenido relaciones en diferencias para medios anisotropos inhomogeneos  discutiendose la necesidad de utilizar el potencial de seis o mas puntos en cada relacion  siendo nueve los puntos que relacionados proporcionan mejores resultados. Se ha aplicado lo anterior a la obtencion de las correspondientes relaciones para puntos regulares y singulares de frontera entre medios de este tipo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
