{"id":45914,"date":"2019-08-08T22:55:10","date_gmt":"2019-08-08T22:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/cromatografia-de-grupos-de-cationes-en-capa-fina-de-celulosa\/"},"modified":"2019-08-08T22:55:10","modified_gmt":"2019-08-08T22:55:10","slug":"cromatografia-de-grupos-de-cationes-en-capa-fina-de-celulosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/cromatografia-de-grupos-de-cationes-en-capa-fina-de-celulosa\/","title":{"rendered":"Cromatografia de grupos de cationes en capa fina de celulosa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Perez Francos Natividad Judith <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha puesto a punto un metodo de separacion cromatografica en capa fina de celulosa de los elementos que constituyen la marcha analitica ordinaria de cationes.- Para cada grupo se ha estudiado una serie de disolventes hasta lograr los idoneos para alcanzar la separacion de los correspondientes elementos  asi como los detectores adecuados para su visualizacion en el cromatograma.- Se ha efectuado un estudio de concentraciones para comprobar su influencia en cuanto a la variacion de los valores de rf  tama\u00f1o e intensidad de la mancha  observandose un incremento de la intensidad de la misma y de su tama\u00f1o  siendo este ultimo incremento sensiblemente lineal respecto a la concentracion permaneciendo invariables los valores rf. Tambien se ha estudiado la influencia de la temperatura en el desarrollo del cromatograma y valores de rf en un intervalo entre 0 c y 30 c  comprobandose que el tiempo de desarrollo aumenta a medida que disminuye la temperatura  llegando a duplicarse a 0 c respecto a los resultados obtenidos a temperatura ambiente sin que varien los valores de rf.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
