El modelo resuelve simultaneamente las ecuaciones de navier-stokes  para el flujo del gas neutro  poisson para la distribucion de potencial y las de conservacion para cada especie ionica.  se ha estudiado la estructura de la onda de choque del gas neutro  de los iones oxonio h+(h2o)n y de los aglomerados del ion oxido nitrico no+n2  no+co2 y no+h2o en funcion del numero de mach  potencial de extraccion constante de varney y geometria externa del electrodo extractor. Este trabajo contribuye a la correccion de las medidas por espectrometria de masas de los procesos en la onda de choque<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
