En acido sulfurico o 6 m. En acido clorhidrico  con una agitacion mecanica de 5 minutos  a fase organica de mibc.; El boro se ha determinado en este extracto por: 1 absorcion atomica  aplicando el metodo al analisis de vidrios  2 fotometria de llama  aplicando el metodo al analisis de aceros y 3 fluorescencia molecular con dibenzoilmetano aplicando el metodo al analisis de material vegetal (plantas).
