Este metodo se compara con el sistema de cromatografia en columna con resinas de intercambio ionico y se concluye que el metodo de capa fina puede sustituir al de columna  por su precision y reproductibilidad. El metodo de capa fina permite realizar un mayor numero de analisis simultaneos y a un coste inferior que el de columna. Se describe la metodolog\u00eda para separar y cuantificar por capa fina los aminoacidos: alanina  arginina  cistina  fenilalanina histidina  isoleucina  lisina  metionina  tirosina  y valina. En columna  la cromatografia se realiza segun la tecnica de stein y moore  eluyendo con tampon con gradiente de ph.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
