Se estudia la reaccion de hidrolisis de sustratos polinucleotidos de elevado peso molecular y de un nucleotido sintetico de peso molecular peque\u00f1o. Se estudia la influencia de la difusion sobre la velocidad global del proceso en ambos casos. Tambien se estudia la influencia que el soporte elegido y las condicionesexperimentales de la preparacion de los derivados tiene sobre la diferente distribucion de la enzima en el soporte y por tanto
