La determinacion de los componentes ribosomicos implicados en estas interacciones ha experimentado un gran progreso sobre todo en escherichia coli. En esta tesis  y utilizando el metodo de iodacion enzimatica de proteinas ribosomicas mediante lactoperoxidasa  se han identificado las proteinas del ribosoma de e. Coli relacionadas en la interaccion con acido poliuridilico  trna sub phe factores de elongacion ef-tu y ef-g  y varios antibioticos inhibidores de la sintesis proteica (estreptomicina  viomicina  sisomicina  neamina ribostamicina y neomicina c). Asimismo  se han identificado varias proteinas relacionadas con la interaccion de las dos subunidades ribosomicas para formar el monosoma 70s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
