Dora <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha purificado la carbamil fosfato sintetasa de e. Coli unas 500 veces  a una actividad especifica de 255 u\/mg de proteina. Se ha caracterizado la actividad atpasica de la preparacion purificada como correspondiente a la actividad parcial de hidrolisis de atp  dependiente de co sub 3 h  de la carbamil fosfato sintetasa. Se ha estudiado el papel de la interaccion entre las subunidades de la enzima en el proceso catalitico.
