Entre diacetato de naftazarina con los dienos 2-metoxi-1,3-butadieno y con e-1-metoxi-3-trimetilsililoxi-1,3-butadieno, conduce a los aductos respectivos creando asi los anillos a, b y c del tetraciclo a la vez que nos permite, la funcionalizacion de las posiciones 9 y de la 7 y 9 del anillo a, respectivamente.
