En primer lugar se analiza el comportamiento mecanico de las resinas epoxi asimilando este comportamiento al de un modelo viscoelastico y estudiando los limites de validez de este modelo. El conocimiento de las caracteristicas de las ecuaciones constitutivas del ligante permite en el segundo paso estudiar con una base teorica adecuada el comportamiento del mortero. Para ello se han considerado dos estados de tensiones distintos en el mortero.  finalmente se estudian las propiedades de los morteros de resina epoxi en estados cercanos a la rotura  llegando al
