Se estudian  dentro de los dos campos de interes analizados  los problemas de contornos discontinuos que originan serias perturbunaciones en el contorno de las esquinas  cuando se asume variacion lineal o de orden superior en la evolucion de las funciones sobre el contorno. Se aplican las hipotesis establecidas a diferentes casos de dificil tratamiento  comparando los resultados obtenidos con otras formulaciones de elementos de contorno y elementos finitos  lo que permite concluir la eficacia y precision de la formulacion presentada encontrandose que en numerosos problemas es superior la solucion de contorno a la solucion de dominio de otros metodos
