Para ello se construye una unidad experimental que lleva una serie de sensores conectados a un sistema de adquisicion de datos  obteniendo datos periodicos de temperatura  los cuales son comparados  mediante un procesador  con los resultados del modelo matematico que se ha preparado al efecto. Con el fin de optimizar dicha unidad experimental  se efectuan variaciones de dos parametros que intervienen en el proceso  la velocidad del aire calefactor y su temperatura de entrada a la
