El empleo de un metodo de pulsos que pretende minimizar el calentamiento interno ha obligado a poner una instrumentacion especifica que complementa a un original circuito de test  garantizandose asi medidas con error inferior al 10\/00.  en segunda fase se desarrollan metodos numericos y programas de calculo por ordenador. Este metodo numerico experimental se ha aplicado a dos transistores comerciales. Como consecuencia se han obtenido un conjunto de parametros primarios  cuyo analisis de dependencia con la temperatura  ha permitido en algunos casos el comprobar y en otros  el aportar leyes empiricas hasta el momento ausente en la bibliografia obteniendose a la vez interesantes valoraciones de parametros secundarios ligados a la fisica  estructura o tecnolog\u00eda del dispositivo
