La proporcion de aneuploidia de adn aumenta con el grado de malignidad (p=0,01) y se asocia a una peor respuesta al tratamiento en los lnh de alto grado (p=0,02). La actividad proliferativa, medida tanto por cmf como por ihq, aumenta significativamente con el grado histologico del lnh, aunque los resultados ihq tienen mayor dispersion. Una fase s elevada se asocia a una peor supervivencia en global (p=0,03), en los lnh de bajo grado (p&lt;0,01), y cuando no se consigue la rc tras el tratamiento (p=0,01). Los resultados de cmf e ihq presentan una buena correlacion (r=0,65, p&lt;0,01), sin embargo la expresion de pcna es superior al porcentaje de celulas en fase s.
