Las plantulas de la variedad peredovick presentaron actividades beta-glucosidasica  alfa y beta-galactosidasica y alfa-manosidasica. La inoculacion incremento notablemente la primera de las mismas  no afectando practicamente a las restantes. Actividades poligalacturonasas (pg) y pectinasicas (pmg) con valores de ph optimo 5 2 y 9 0 tambien se detectaron en plantulas de dicha variedad. La inoculacion origino un incremento de estas actividades que tambien se experimento en la actividad pectin metil esterasa. Actividades celulasica  xilanasica galactanasica  arabanasica y arabino-galactanasica tambien se pusieron de manifiesto en plantas sanas e inoculadas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
