El estudio en distintos medios de reaccion nos ha permitido obtener el numero de protones intercambiados entre el complejo timidilato sintasa &#8211; fdump. Se obtiene que el complejo ts-fdump se protoniza en el proceso de union. El estudio a diversas temperaturas ha permitido obtener el cambio de capacidad calorificas.
