La caracteristica de los compuestos sintetizados  es que presentan un anillo de pineno  de xx pineno sustituido en posicion 10 6 un ciclopenteno trimetil sustituido  derivado del pineno  en la terminacion de sus cadenas. Al mismo tiempo se realizaron los ensayos biologicos de estos compuestos sobre cuatro especies de insectos: ceratitis capitata  blatella germanica  triboleum casteneun y leptinotarsa
