Entre los metabolitos estudiados como efectores de ambas enzimas el nadph y la fdp se comportan como inhibidores aumentando el desbbalance entre ellas. El gssg se comporta como un activador mas potente de la 6pgdh que de la c6pdh contrarrestando asi la diferencia de actividades; esta activacion no es debida a la modificacion del cociente de nucleotidos nadp\/nadph por accion de la glutation-reductasa que se encuentra inhibida. En condiciones fisiologicas y en presencia de gssg 300 um el balance entre las dos deshidrogenasas se hace nulo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
