Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se hace un estudio de los alcaloides de las hojas de la litsea triflora  aislandose e identificandose trece alcalodes isoquinolinicos las aporfinas: isocoridina coridina  glaucina  predicentrina  n-metillaurotetanina isoboldina  boldina  actinodafnina  norboldina y norisoboldina  y tres bencilisoquinolinas: reticulina coclaurina y n-metilcoclaurina. Se hace un estudio de demetilacion de alcaloides isoquinolinicos en medio acido encontrandose un mecanismo regido por factores electronicos  aplicable a -hidroxibencilisoquinolinas 7-hidroxiaporfinas y deshidroaporfinas  que permite realizar monodemetilacion altamente regioselectiva en el anillo inferior.
