Las tecnicas empleadas son aes y leed. 1)en el caso del si(iii) 7&#215;7 se obtienen los estados electronicos caracteristicos de una estructura de vacantes 25%. Se identifica como fase molecular el o2 absorbido. En la superficie de al(iii) se descarta el modelo de simple incorporacion de o2 y se da como probable un estado mixto de adsorcion y adsorcion-incorporacion. 2) se determina la cinetica de oxidacion de si activada por bombardeo electronico y el voltaje cinetico asociado  comparandose con la teoria de molt-cabrera con resultados satisfactorios. 3) se determinan las condiciones de epitexia de al(iii)\/mica y se estudia el crecimiento ordenado si-al(iii) (3&#215;3) asi como la aleacion ordenada si-al(iii) 50% formada por crecimiento a 200 grados centigrados. 4) se determina la influencia
