Es un concepto que sufre alteraciones provenientes del propio cambio social, pero permanece inmutable en su nucleo esencial que es el codigo civil, pero la base sociologica varia aunque en una etapa de crisis economica tienden a ser estas bases m\u00e1s solidas para legislar el suelo como se merece el arreglo juridico de un problema social: la vivienda y el acceso a la
