A lo largo del cultivo hemos estudiado las modificaciones morfologicas e histologicas de los tres organos  y asi mismo hemos intentado relacionar la actividad fenilalanina amonio-liasa (pal) y las variaciones histoquimicas y analiticas de los compuestos fenolicos con el proceso de rizogenesis. Mientras la capacidad de neoformacion de raices y la actividad pal disminuyen despues de los 25 dias de cultivo  el contenido de fenoles de los tejidos aumenta hasta los 65 dias de
