Cuando la accion de la fuerza aleatoria durante un intervalo de tiempo del orden de ta ( tiempo de correlacion ) es peque\u00f1a  desarrollamos varios metodos diferentes para la resolucion de dichas ecuaciones.  obtenemos una ecuacion reducida a las constantes del movimiento determinista para la densidad estacionaria asi como la emision y absorcion de energia en el campo electromagnetico. Aplicamos estos metodos a la electrodinamica estocastica (e.D.E.)  Una teoria clasica propuesta como alternativa a la teoria cuantica.  estudiamos sistemas con un solo armonico (oscilador armonico  rotor rigido)  y con varios armonicos (oscilador anarmonico  atolmo
