Se ha encontrado un comportamiento luminiscente analogo para estas dos variedades polimorfas tanto en baja (60- r.T.) Como en alta (r.T. -550k) temperatura. Se demuestra la existencia de t.L. De alta temperatura para el aragonito con picos a 360 380 420  y 455 k. Un calculo de energias de activacion (ea) y los correspondientes factores prexponenciales (s) ha sido efectuado para cada pico por distintos metodos. A la vista de resultados tanto de t.L.  como r.L. Se propone la emision de 400 nm como intriseca en estos compuestos. Dos nuevos picos a 50 y 68 k han sido encontrados para la t.L. Del aragonito de baja temperatura. Finalmente se ha estudiado por primera vez la naturaleza del color azul de las calcitas de perewal (u.R.S.S.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
