Seleccionandose para ello  el disolvente mas efectivo para la extraccion del producto de reaccion  el margen de ph utilizable y la concentracion mas idonea de colorante para la determinacion de cada alcaloide. Tambien se estudiaron las leyes de beer  la extraccionabilidad para diferentes proporciones de disolucion de alcaloide y cloroformo interferencias  estequiometria de la reaccion  constantes
