Teresa De La Fuente Sanchez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las celulas cromafines de gato poseen canales de ca2+ tipo l y n que son responsables, en partes relativamente iguales, del 90% de la corriente de ca2+ en estas celulas. Las celulas cromafines de la medula adrenal poseen la maquinaria molecular necesaria para la generacion de oscilaciones de la (ca2+)i debidas a la entrada de ca2+ por canales de ca2+ dependientes de voltaje. Esas oscilaciones, cuando se inducen por veratridina, reflejan el efecto despolarizante, tambien de tipo oscilatorio, ejercido por este alcaloide.  aunque los canales de ca2+ tipo n y l contribuyen igualmente a la se\u00f1al de cai2+ generada por la despolarizacion con k+ elevado en celulas cromafines felinas, la veratridina asi como la estimulacion nicotinica y muscarinica reclutan selectivamente canales de ca2+ tipo l. La se\u00f1al de cai2+ dependiente de la activacion selectiva de los canales de ca2+ tipo l se correlaciona con la respuesta secretora inducida por estos agentes despolarizantes (veratridina, dmpp, metacolina). Por el contrario, aunque el incremento de la (ca2+)i inducido por k+ elevado depende tanto de la activacion de canales n como l, solo la entrada de ca2+ a traves de canales l se asocia a una respuesta secretora eficaz.
