Ante la gran discrepancia entre las propiedades de enzimas purificados y sistemas  in vitro   con las celulas  in vivo   se ha buscado un sistema que reproduzca las condiciones de la celula intacta  para ello se han utilizado hemolizados sin dilucion apreciable.  estudiando las dos vias de degradacion mas importantes para el amp  se ha podidocomprobar que no existen diferencias importantes de comportamiento entre hemolizados de celulas de 21 y 1 dia de conservacion  y que la degradacion esta regulada por las concentraciones del substrato.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
