Higromicina b es un antibiotico aminoglucosidico que inhibe la translocacion enzimatica y produce errores en la lectura del mensajero por ribosomas 80 s. Antelmicina es un antibiotico que inhibe la formacion del enlace peptidico por el centro peptidiltransferasa de ribosomas procarioticos y eucarioticos; su sitio de accion se relaciona con el de gran
