Se ha establecido una metodolog\u00eda que permite sistematizar el tratamiento de problemasde deconvolucion. Se ha aplicado la metodolog\u00eda a espectros de transiciones auger del tipo xvv obteniendo densidades de transicion para si  al  mg  c  m sub 8 o  al sub 2 o sub 3 y sio sub 2 que se comparan bien con las obtenidas con otras tecnicas y con los datos teoricos disponibles  de esta forma se ha demostrado que aes puede ser usada como espectroscopia de la banda de Valencia.
