Ademas de por los niveles circulantes de tsh  la secrecion de hormonas tiroideas esta regulada por la concentracion intratiroidea de iodo (autorregulacion). En la presente tesis los resultados obtenidos han demostrado que la secrecion de hormonas tiroideas puede ser regulada a nivel de la actividad proteolitica (hidrolisis de la tiroglobulina -tgb-). Por modificacion de la estabilidad de la membrana lisosomal y posiblemente de la formacion de fagolisosomas  asi como sobre la estructura espacial de la iodoproteina (tgb) a nivel de la mayor o menor formacion de iodotironinas (iodoaminoacidos precursores de las hormonas tiroideas) y\/o grupos disulfuro (s-s).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
