Como acciones para el 1  se forman las acciones exteriores  y para el 2 las deformaciones impuestas (incrementos de curvatura). Al superponerse ambos  se cumplen las condiciones de equilibrio compatibilidad y tenso-deformacionales del material  asi pues  este metodo es un metodo exacto.
