Se desarrolla una nueva teoria que permite la facil realizacion y construccion de sofisticados equipos de mando. La concepcion de este teoria ha sido realizada con toda generalidad de manera que puedan controlarse no solo las se\u00f1ales caracteristicas de los circuitos de mando sino que es posible su implementacion en complejos sistemas. Se realiza  por vez primera  un estudio sistematico profundo y completo de los circuitos de mando de los diferentes s.E.P. Mas utilizados en la practica.  finalmente se demuestra la viabilidad practica de esta teoria construyendo diferentes prototipos como pueden ser sofisticados equipos inversores y cambiadores de
