Calculada la funcion de distribucion radial (rdf) por medio de la transformada de fourier de las intensidades de difraccion de haz monocromatico de rayos x  se encontraron los radios medios de dos esferas de coordinacion.  despues se construyo un modelo siguiendo tecnicas de montecarlo. El ajuste entre la rdf del modelo y la rdf experimental dio por buena la representacion de la estructura media de la aleacion  la cual puede ser descrita como unidades de atomos de al  enlazados tetraedricamente con atomos de as y te. (En valor medio cada al enlazado con dos as y dos te).  se analizaron las distribuciones de las longitudes y angulos de enlace llegando a la consideracion de que no es muy probable la existencia de
