Los productos y sus esquemas de sintesis son originales y no descritos con anterioridad. Se ha estudiado la actividad antihipertensiva de los compuestos 4-hidrazin-5h-piridazino-(4 5-b)indol 4-hidrazin-5-metil-piridazino(4 5-b)indoly 4-(n-isopropilidenhidrazino)-5-metil-piridazino(4 5-b)indol  en ratas shr  ratas experimentalmente hipertensas  perros normotensos y perros experimentalmente hipertensos.  uno de estos compuestos  el 4-hidrazin-5h-piridazino(4 5-b)indol presenta una dl sub 50=90 mg\/kg. (Shr)  225 mg\/kg. (Raton) v.I.P.  Produciendo un descenso depresion de 4 7 mmhg a las dosis de 1 mg\/kg. Por via i.P.
