Se citan y se estudian los diferentes tipos de intercambio vahos-aire y vahos-agua y el soplado de aire caliente. Se estudia el concepto de calidad de la energia y se realiza un analisis de un circuito optinuzado energeticamente  utilizando turbinas de gas y de vapor y el soplado de aire caliente en la campana de secado. Se realiza una comparacion entre el esquema de secado normal y uno de energia total.
