Se han utilizado ratones de edades entre uno y 48 dias  a los que se extrajeron los ganglios linfaticos  quefueron incluidos en parafina y epon. Los filetes nerviosos son amielinicos y penetran en los ganglios por el hilo. En el raton recien nacido y de pocos dias de edad  los filetes nerviosos estan todavia en fases precoces de desarrollo. Las fibras nerviosas alcanzan su madurez  hacia los 13 dias de edad; a partir deentonces  los axones estan bien aislados unos de otros por citoplasma glial  como es caracteristico de las fibras amielinicas maduras de animales superiores.Las celulas nerviosas terminan inervando las celulas musculares lisas de arteriolas y venulas. La ultraestructura de las terminaciones nerviosas es coincidente con las terminaciones adrenergicas de las fibras simpaticas vasoconstrictoras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
