Los principales pasos incluyen: fraccionamiento con sulfato amonico  gel filtracion  intercambio ionico hidroxilapatita y cromatografia de afinidad con sepharose 4-b -azul dextrano. Las isoenzimas han sido estudiadas con relacion con sus propiedades moleculares  fisico-quimicas y cineticas: peso molecular y peso de subunidad  punto isoelectrico  disociacion y reasociacion de las subunidades; ph optimo  vmax  km y ki para el sustrato y cofactor; sensibilidad a la inactivacion termica  a la modificacion de los grupos -sh y al vanadato; caracteristicas de las actividades fosfoslicerato mutasa bisfosfoslicerato sintasa y bisfosfoslicerato fosfatasa asociados a la actividad fosfoslicerato mutasa principal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
